Do NOT Rent here Management doesn't care if you are happy or not. They double bill you for water and deny you access to amenities. You will have constant problems with "water bugs" (roaches) and your air conditioning. And if you complain, you are accused of being the problem. So unless you like paying a lot of money and getting nothing in return, DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!
Do you Enjoy random unsupervised inspections to your unit? Move here! Usually trash all around the grounds of the apartment community. The pool is always dirty covered in leaves. This apartment community does random complete apartment inspections giving them unsupervised access to your unit including closets and cabinets! They state every unit is subject to inspection and will even go to your door before to make sure they can open your locks for access in case you changed them.
RENTER BEWARE I have lived here at 4000 Horizon Hill Blvd since 2014. The first few years I lived here I really enjoyed it. The office personnel was great and if something needed to be fixed maintenance was as quick as possible to get it done. Well over this last year this property has gone through New Management. I was then notified that I am one of a few apartments that have not been paying the correct amount of rent! So I go in to the office to discuss this situation with them to no avail. HORROR ON HORIZON HILL I cannot overstate how horrible of an experience our family had at this apartment complex. Multiple leadership/office turnovers, many promises, and a whole lot of crap. No, literally. There is dog crap ALL OVER this complex. Large dog crap, small dog crap. There is crap in the grass and crap in the kiddie pool. In fact, some folks allow their dogs to use the pool area as a dog park in the evenings, meaning there is constant barking along with crap and dog hair in the pool. Don't Buy the Hype This apartment complex has been a horrible experience for our family. Please do not put yourself or those you care about through this. There are dogs and cats everywhere who leave their droppings in the grass and on the sidewalk. The flooring in the apartments is old and coming up in multiple places. Roaches, crickets, spiders, and mosquitoes are constant issues. And the front office is incompetent. Run away now!
4000 Horizon Hill This apartment community is very close to everything. Large rooms, updated kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Washer and dryer hookup. Really nice community with 2 nice size swimming pools. Easy access to I-410, and I-10 right around the corner. Staff is very friendly. If you are looking for a nice place to live with a large floor plan at an affordable price, and with great amenities this is definately the place for you.
In the Horizon The apartment is great, its just some of the residents dont appreciate their living space and trash the residency sometimes. I would love a dog park as well.
Horizon Hill I honestly love this place. Its perfect for me & my four-legged roomie Rocky. As soon as I walked into these apartments, I knew they were perfect for me & this was where I wanted to live. Great location & love the fitness center/pools. If you're looking for a new place to call home look no further, Horizon Hills is it!
