Placed an internet order on 5/13/2026, they charged my credit card but I have never received the item. When I call the customer service number they can’t find the order, take my information to get back to me and never hear back from them. HORRIBLE COMPANY.

First of all, never order wet cell batteries from here to be shipped to you. They don’t pack them in a way that keeps them from leaking too much fluid or getting damaged. I ordered one, was damaged in transit and never made it to me. They sent a replacement and when this second one made to me, it had already leaked too much fluid and was damaged out as well. Second, I was authorized a refund right away and told to recycle the battery. However, that was only the beginning. I was told to expect the refund in a few business day... read more
