I purchased a home in July of this year and upon the home inspection it was found that there were several areas of dry rot that were supposed to be repaired previously that was just painted over. Chris was paid to make these repairs and agreed to come do them in August. He came out to look and I showed him all the areas that were missed. I received quotes from $1500 to $7500. 40 Grit Painting was at the low end for price and high end on a quality job. Rarely am I satisfied with services payed for. This was a refreshing exception. Pain free experience and no shortcuts taken. Was very protective of my new landscape and they left the place clean. Required a call back for small issue and arrived same day to resolve per my satisfaction.
Chris is a great guy! Chris and his crew have painted my house a few times over the years and I highly recommend 40 Grit Painting.
