The location of this property is fantastic, and it has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment and my experience with the property management company, Evonify, made the stay very disappointing. Thankfully, we only rented it for the weekend while on vacation. The property advertises on-site laundry, but the laundry is located in the basement (pay machines) and requires for different paid internet service in the basement to connect to the machines?? Nice location. Cigarette smoke smell is horrible in the hall ways.
Our family had the absolute displeasure of living here for one month while repair work got done on our home. My wife and I loved living in the Kensington around the corner years prior and so knew the area, but made a huge mistake booking an apartment in this building while in a rush. THE BUILDING ITSELF Think about the doggiest 1-2 star motel you can imagine and you’d be somewhere close to what the overall building is like. I lived there for a year and was getting ready to move recently. The property management department is responsible for the maintenance of the house, but every time I contact them for repairs, I have to contact them several times, or even wait a month before they can repair. The experience after not renewing the contract will be very bad. We are also in the lease period, the property management company temporarily informed us that there will be others to the apartment to watch, and we can not refuse.
