95 out, and Mark and his assistant had me and my young son in and out in less than 10 minutes! Had a screw in my tire, Mark said he can squeeze me in anytime (Walmart, where I paid nearly a grand for my tires, said they had no time that day to fit us in, awesome huh!). His price was awesome! Also even got a great recommendation for an alignment, which my daughter desperately needed after an encouter with a large deer. Awesome, thank you!!!!!
Very courteous, reasonable And friendly
I’m going to be honest, I went for a rotation and the one guy working got me in immediately. I usually go to tire outlet but they were closed. He struggled for about 30min to get my lug nuts off with the 1 harbor freight impact he has in the entire shop. Ended up using my impact to get most of them but it ran out of battery. We put the wheels back on and he apologized. I took it to Katie’s tire after. Came from out of town and needed a nail pulled from my tire. Very friendly staff. Mark was great
Great experience! It is hard finding a trustworthy shop nowadays. Being a woman makes that even harder..the owner took his time to show me and explain everything to me. If I could give 10 stars I would. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I will be coming back here. Very happy. Thank you!!
