Very nice.
Very friendly, not pushy at all. Willing to work with us on price. However; wish they would have gone over the vehicle a bit more for potential issues. Found a number of things "wrong" that I did not detect at test drives. Nothing major yet...
Dealer never told me the car was sold
I finally found EXACTLY the Cadillac I wanted at 4 Wheels of Fox Lake, Ill. The attention--assistance--sales--follow-up were all top rate. Even after the sale was complete they helped with several details and found me a piece of plastic trim at no cost. On a scale of 1--10 I would rate them an an 11 !!! Gino and Nick were No pressure--No double talk--No BS about the entire transaction.. If and when I get another urge to buy a vehicle they will be my first and only choice.
QUite laid back - no hard sell. Very helpful in terms of answereing questions about the car. We ended up not buying it, but I would consider this dealer for my next used vehicle purchase.
