Ordered wheels and tires from them, but they shorted me one tire, so I contacted them. They created an automated help ticket, but no one ever gets back to you. I’m still short a tire and two days after they created a help ticket, still no response.
RecommendedGreat staff. Ben is my main man. They have totally upgraded my '19 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. They provided much of the directions that the upgrade traveled. I can not recommend the shop any more highly. The ONLY problem that I can admit to is that they are so busy that I had to wait for a week before they could do some of my work.

I want to give a big shout-out to Scott Mounce and all the guys at the San Jose 4 Wheel Parts. Even with such a busy schedule, they went above and beyond to get my Jeep set up. Excited for this next phase. Can’t wait to break it in and see how it does on the trails! If you have any work that needs to be done, head down there. They will hook you up!

After posting a review here I was reached out to immediately by Josh and he was super helpful. I took the Jeep down and he took care of the trackbar issue. Communication still needs work but I think this is par for the course when working with offroad shops (still one of the better in the bay area). Will update this review next time I am in need of some random parts installed and repairs.
Love the shop and service is good.
