Ok, So I ordered a Smittybilt Gen3 winch 4/01/2023 it is now Aug 29th, 2023 and still haven't received it. I tried reaching out to 4WPs many times and the phone just keeps ringing, if you choose to talk to sales they will pick up right away ( go figure) you ask about your order and they transfer you back to existing orders with nobody to answer. No longer 4WP, now Total Off-road & More. Haven’t had any dealings with them since the change but didn’t have any issues before. I’ve only purchased parts, not any services.
