No masks, no customer service, taking the concept of "no contact" all wrong! Ordered a front hitch on July 5th. Paid $182.99 vs $122.19 on Amazon and $169 on etrailer.com thinking that ordering it from somewhere nearby I'd get it sooner. Big mistake! Got order confirmation but never a notification I could come pick it up. Went to the store in July 8th, and manager told me it wasn't in, and hadn't been ordered but would be order right away. chipped 2 of my rims during tpms sensor install and I inspect truck during pick up to find this damage, pictures taken and sent to the manager Scott who now is denying the claim but yet the rims were brand new with only 50 miles on them before they touched them to rebalance and put sensors in. There response from the manager is horrible and I definitely feel because me and my wife are women that they can just push over on us. the truck sat at their establishment for 3 days until they could put three sensors in.
