I took my 4runner here for new wheels and tires. They did a great job on the balance and mounting. No vibration issues and the wheels were perfect after the install. Had them on my vehicles for 2 months when I noticed that 2 of the 4 wheels had issues with the powder coating. The factory finish was oxidizing fast and turned hazy white. They did everything to ensure I has happy with my new wheels and tires. They even went the extra mile by adjusting a new HD spare tire carrier to properly fit the larger tire and I did not even buy the carrier from them.
I have taken my Jeep there a few times for various upgrades and repairs. I am very happy with the final product, but above that, and why i wanted to leave a review is the exceptional customer service i received from Austin and Tom and team. They went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied and to properly rectify a situation that was somewhat out of their control. Highly recommended!
I ordered a hitch for my Jeep and scheduled installation. The employee told me it would be two weeks to receive the hitch. It ended up taking almost 6 weeks. Hitch and harness was installed in one day. When I went to attach my trailer to the hitch (200 miles away,) the wiring harness did not work so the trailer has no break light. I called and spoke to the same employee. When I asked had the installer tested it, he responded "we don't havre a trailer to test the harness." First impression when walking in the store I would have given it 1 star. I walked around the store for 5+ minutes and no one asked if they could help or even said hello. The employees seemed content to just talk with one another. When I found something g to purchase and walked up to the counter the gentlemen gave me good honest advise and advised me not to purchase.
