I had the worst experience ever at the Norcross site. After I was finally waited on (short people, I get it) and the parts arrived, I was told the day before that the shop had Covid (again, I get it) and was rescheduled. On the appointment day I had a 9am appointment I dropped the vehicle off early. I called several times through out the day trying to see when I needed to be there to pick it up.
