I get it, it's all about money with them, if your service was better I wouldn't be spending my money with Sykes or Maui. I had to use 4WP for tires recently still the same, the customer means nothing to them, just the all mighty $.

Bad Customer Service: Bought new tires that we were told were delivered today. Dropped off current wheels and tires this morning for new ones to be mounted on. Not only did they track the wrong tires & they aren't on island yet... BUT WOULDNT REMOUNT THE OLD TIRES BACK ON!! And on top of all that, told us to come pick up the now dismounted wheels & tires and take them SOMEPLACE ELSE to be put back on for the meantime. so we bought new tires and brought the old ones in so they could mount/balance. they dismounted the old tires without having new tires in. told us to take them somewhere else to mount them since we need them for the jeep (daily driver.) just very shitty situation and they wouldnt do anything to fix their screw up.

Ron from 4 wheel parts in Waipahu is the best! He's helped my husband soooo many times to build up his 2015 GMC Sierra 2500 HD truck. He's the go to guy! Very knowledgeable and personable. This place is like my husband's second home,lol. All the hard work they both put in my husband's truck is being displayed for the first time at the 2017 Hawaii Truck and Jeep fest. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. But if you need any work done or parts I highly suggest going to see Ron ��

Mike was personable and very friendly. He explained the process of recon to me since I recently moved to the island. The alignment is perfect and I will definitely be going back again.
