Extremely dissatisfied with this business! I will never ever bring my business here again. They charged me twice for my wheels and when I contacted them to get my money back that was double charged they told me “they don’t know , and trying to figure it out.” THIS WAS ON the 17th, and I call today and still they tell me they don’t know what’s going on. I have never had such bad customer service in my life. Just do the right thing a refund me the money you messed you on and charged my account.
They told us different dates 4 times of when the parts were going to be there. And then when we called they were rude and wouldn’t let us talk, then the assistant manger hangs up. Never going back there again.
They told us over the phone that they had a part when we got there they didn’t which isn’t a huge deal but their customer service is seriously lacking! Approached the counter to “what” and was treated like we were a huge bother! We will take our business elsewhere
The Tacoma Team did a fantastic job installing Rubicon lift, bumper, and LED driving lights on 2012 Wrangler Sahara Unlimited. Great service and a great ride! Thanks!
