To start off I will say that I know what I'm doing. I am a certified mechanic. I have done things from axle swaps to installing lockers, to motor swaps and I mount my tires by hand. I know what I'm doing. I went in asking for some u bolts because I saw they had a really good price online and im trying to save some money while i swap a 14 bolt into my 71 K5. I went in there and the kid behind the desk pretty much said what I'm doing is wrong and that u bolts don't work that way and I don't know what I'm doing. This is not my ... read more
Waste of time.. Overpriced, Under qualified installers.. Much better places in middle Tennessee to get your work done.. Won't even sell products made in Tennessee which are better suspensions than they try to push down your throat.
Do NOT take your vehicle to this place...when you call they promise you the best but the reality is another. When I took my truck the first thing they did was tell me what a terrible work was done to the truck and they left it even worst. I drove from Chattanooga three times in order for them to try and get it right until I gave up and took it to another shop who charged me an additional $700 to fix their mistakes. I paid over $7000 dollars to have my truck the way I wanted and ended up leaving very unhappy even after I prac... read more
Bought a new 2011 F250 and worked with a local Ford Dealer who bought a lift kit and tires from 4wheelparts in Lynnwood. In the end the wheel/tire combination did not fit so the Ford dealer trimmed as much as they could off the plastic in front/behind the wheels. In the end plastic was trimmed down to metal (no more trimming is possible). I first tried to go back to 4wheel parts to work with them to get wheels wit... read more
The sales man are very friendly and helpful.(Joe) They do have an extensive knolage on the industries, so if you have any question they will help you out.
I asked 4 wheel parts to install a rear wheelbase stretch kit and a rear coil over kit from GenRight offroad. First off I had a very high opinion of 4wp prior to dropping my jeep off. They have a very good reputation so I thought they would be a good choice to install such a difficult and involved kit on my jeep. When I went to check on their progress I noticed that instead of following the instructions, they had mounted the coilover shocks on top of the axle because it was quick and easy. They then told me that it would be ... read more
Expensive, but they have a great selection and can get just about anything you may need for a 4X4
