Let me begin by stating that I was not happy at all that my husband got me wheels and tires for my Christmas present, but if I had to get this gift I wouldn't want to work with anyone else but the guys at Chux Trux. He took his time on a busy Saturday to help me find the exact wheels I wanted (which by the way wasn't easy) and explained everything that I needed and then called me within 24 hours after we ordered my tires with a scheduled date to put them on. The employees at the 1515 E. Santa Fe, Olathe location are always very professional in making recommendations and explaining the product or service they will provide. I have a Retrax cover on my pickup and Jake Stewart with this location has always been very helpful when I purchased the cover originally and just lately had to have some minor repair work completed with a latch. I highly recommend this location.
The personnel at Chux Trux on Antioch Road are very professional. They know their products well and were able to explain in detail how a specific ARE top would work with my truck. After the purchase, I was very pleased with the installation and service I received from Chux Trux.
Top rating for Chux Trux. I had a challenging vinyl wrapping job for a commercial building that four prior vinyl wrapping companies turned down due to complexity, could not deliver on time, and etc. Seth and his team simply nailed it. Job done with expert craftsmanship, completed not just on time, but ahead of schedule, excellent communications, a fair price, and they went out of their way. Very happy! Chux in Olathe installed a Flex tonneau cover, Westin running boards, and a stainless Westin HDX grille guard on my 2015 F-150. All of the Chux employees were helpful, patient, and polite. Installation was fast and done right. This is my first pickup truck. Chuxtrux in Independence has an awesome staff that treat you like family the minute you walk in the door. I called first to check on their current hours when I got off work explaining that I needed a bolt that was lost for a tinted gravel hood shield that I purchased some years back and Dustin said to come on in and he would try to help me. Worst Place Ever – I could not agree any more with these two reviews above. Let me describe my first experience at this "Business". I dropped my Jeep JK off as soon as they opened (9am) and the rep there names Grant checked in my vehicle and did the appraisal of the mileage and any damages to note. He said it would all be good and I could pick it up around then end of the day (they will tell you for any item you get there that it takes all day to install BTW). YOURE FIRED! – I drive a Jeep Wrangler lifted on Bfg Mud tires. Have driven past this place every day drooling at the window at all the 4X4 parts. Just never had the time to go in. FINALLY I did today, and will never, ever go back. I believe in social media and this is how these companies are missing the boat through a customer. 4wheelparts - Lynnwood Washington - poor customer support – Bought a new 2011 F250 and worked with a local Ford Dealer who bought a lift kit and tires from 4wheelparts in Lynnwood. Both the Ford dealer and I check and confirmed which wheels and tires would work with the 4" lift kit purchased. In the end the wheel/tire combination did not fit so the Ford dealer trimmed as much as they could off the plastic in front/behind the wheels.
