It definitely wasn’t what I was expecting. There’s no sign to identify where the place is, I just took the right guess. Small and not very organized at all. Not a hair salon for anyone confused as I was. You can just buy some hair and products there.
Made an appointment to get braids with Omega (the owners daughter)… she was a no show, then ghosted me. Very unprofessional.

A great store to have in Kamloops, they specialize in Black hair and styling supplies. Have had to make the run to 4 strands several times for my partner as they were the only retailer with the items we wanted. The owner and staff have always been friendly and extremely helpful with my questions. Do yourself a favour and check them out.
