Terrible service staff is overwhelmingly rude. I was given the wrong lenses countless times and made felt it was my fault. After 2 months of going back and asking for a refund I was told by staff she’d lie to my insurance and tell them it was my fault I didn’t like the lenses. After finally getting a refund only partially and seeing my prescription it was wrong all along. Doctor even told me it was the same as previous lenses. Don’t go horrible place. They are unprofessional and very ungodly people.

I've come in several times since my appointment to have my glasses adjusted to fit my face. The office secretary never bothered to send my issues the office manager. So, here I am, months later, with glasses that still don't fit, and migraines. Really bad migraines. So, I begrudgingly order from Warby Parker. 200 bucks later and I still can't get glasses because the eye doctors office can't answer the phone to respond to their request for my prescription. Fine. The woman and Dr were fantastic. The boys were comfortable the doctor spoke with me on everything explained stuff very simply and the staff did all that they could to make us comfortable and answer any and all questions that we had I would definitely recommend this for children and for families as a whole I give it a 5-star big thumbs up

Dr. Gardner was wonderful with our daughter. Very friendly, didn't treat her "like a baby" like so many do with kids, but was encouraging and kind. He even cut the lenses she needed himself, and we were in and out with an exam and new glasses in less than an hour. The receptionist was not very friendly, but the lady who helped her pick out glasses was kind and efficient. Overall, we had a great first experience here and will definately go back!
These people have no clue what customer service is about. Do not waste your time with them. Apparently they didn't like my last review of thier office after my first and last appointment with them. so after being messaged that my glass were ready. I was then told I would not be receiving them because they did not like my review on google. ladies and gentlemen this is the kind of people you will be dealing with if you do business with them.
