I have been going here since moving here a year and a half ago. I went in a few days ago and was there for almost 4 hours after making an appt. I have never had such an awful experience. Pedicure is awful- gel polish everywhere but on my toe nails and my nails (SNS) look like they need to be done again already because she left a huge gap at the top of my nail! Two different technicians that I have never had before did my nails. Super disappointed.

Great salon! We were able to walk in and get our nails done immediately. Clean, friendly & professional. Love this place! (Heads up they are under new management ❤️)
I would not go back. Between the nail techs carrying on conversations the entire time they serviced us and them checking their phones or disappearing in the back for unexplained reasons... they acted as if we were a bother to them and our pedicures were wasting their time. No personal service found here. Nail polish still surrounding the skin of my toe nails and tips of nails not covered properly... not impresssed.

Meh!
Won't go back. Waited for 15 minutes. We were taken back to sit in the pedi chairs and there was cold water in both of ours already. Weird. They told us to put our feet in. We didn't do it and waited another 15 minutes only to be told they had no hot water to soak our feet in. They said it was busy that day and they run out of hot water. They still wanted to do the service without the full spa but we walked out. Not the first time we have been disappointed at this location.
Kim was Awesome! Very thorough with my manicure. I will be back!
These ladies are amazing. They always make me feel welcomed. The prices are great. I always walk away feeling wonderful. Tay is phenomenal and always helps me with what need. Thank you Tay!
