The pedicure was under 20 mins, toes were cut unevenly some toe nails weren’t even painted completed. Also when she was cutting my toes she was jabbing the nail clipper into my nail bed.
My mom went in here to get her nails done the lady cut two of her fingers up pretty bad and she was bleeding. My mom went to pay the lady she told her her total was 40.00 so my mom handed her 40.00 the lady looks down at it looks back up gives my mom a dirty look and my mom says you said 40.00 correct and the lady goes yes but “no tip”. Really it’s kinda rude to ask someone for a tip for one. Plus why would she give you a tip when you cut her nails up so bad she was bleeding.
I wouldn’t go to 4 seasons in Columbia. They ripped my nails off after I asked for a soak off and told them they were hurting me 🤦🏻♀️ They refuse to cut my nails shorter after I asked 3 times. Didn’t ask if I wanted square, point or round just started cutting. They charged me $40 for the nail which is fine ok...they added $5 to top them to rip them off and she added another $5 to herself for a tip! I won’t be back!!!!
I went there with my mom. She just wanted her nails cut and a clear coat of nail polish over them. She got charged $25 for that.... then I got acrylics coffin shaped and pink. The end results were see through. And the nails don’t even match up with my other hand. When I was through she told me it costed an extra $20 because I got coffin shaped nails... what???? hell no my wife and grand daughter went there to get nails redone and they suck. plus charged 40.00 more then should have been. I could have done a better job. First 2 pictures is what they showed them they wanted next 2 is what they got and last is my cc receipt. I wouldn't want them to do my dogs nails. Now understand wife got fill and color and grand daughter got new nails. acrylic not gel so 15.00 for wife and 30.00 for grand daughter only equals 45.00 not the 85.00 the lady charged. Went here today for a fill and my grand daughter wanted new ones. We had pictures of what we wanted and yet there aren’t even close. Not to mention fill is 15.00 and new acrylics are 25.00 well not only do they look horrible they charged me 85.00 and when I went to ask the lady said no no have nice day and walked off. I now have to go pay someone else double to fix this. I have attached pics of what we wanted and what we got plus copy of my receipt. I hope the owner is man enough to contact us to fix their mess up
I got my nails done at 4 Seasons yesterday, and they are awful. I needed a fill and a cut down.They are uneven, badly painted, and they charged my card for an extra tip that I did not authorize. I even tipped, but they ran the card for the price plus the tip, then wrote in more! Day 2 and they are chipped everywhere. Buyer beware.
