I called Four Seasons to repair our condo building's garage heaters. The tech was able to repair one by cleaning an air intake valve. The second heater was diagnosed as needing new control board. Four Seasons quoted $1,733 to replace the control board. Being curious, I also asked what it would cost to replace the entire heating unit and was quoted $6,900. Both quotes seemed ridiculously high. Seem to do good work We have used this company for several years to do general check ups of our systems, yearly upkeep and also to replace one of our air conditioning systems. We found the employees to all be very friendly and personable and they have all seemed to be knowledgeable and know what they are doing which is what we find important! Great experience...they installed 2 high efficiency units about a month ago and my electric bill has decreased tremendously already from this time last year. Very friendly, great prices, not pushy, and very knowledgable of product. I also got the maintenance agreement. They installed a unit I did not need. It did not sufficiently cool the space yet I was still billed for the work. I paid 70% of the bill (in retrospect a bad idea) and they sent the remaining 30% to collections.
