I am writing a review and I haven't even gotten my roof done yet. I am very upset with the scheduling process they have. With PUSHING Dates. I understand weather cannot be controlled, and when I asked to be changed to another day that was not raining before my date giving, I was told that they already have someone scheduled and I would just be moved to the next AVAILABLE DATE. Then that should be how scheduling works the next available OPEN day should be given, however if I am scheduled on a day to have a roof installed and ... read more
