4 Exterior replace the siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, and downspouts on a home I own in Buffalo Grove. The home was in bad shape with fallen gutters and soffit ripped open with animals in the attic. After getting the animals removed, 4 Exterior came in and made the house look like new. They were quick and efficient, until finishing then they were slow and careful with caulk and coloring the exposed nails carefully. I hired Karol to replace some siding and windows. I really liked his attention to detail that is often hard to find. He provided a very detailed initial estimate, checked all the materials when they got delivered and made sure all the detailed steps got done correctly. For the siding project they replaced existing cedar with Hardie boards / LP trim. Karol, the owner, helped us with the some design ideas, as well as the picking the right materials for the job. He has a very good eye and his solutions were better than ours. Karol was very professional, on-time, excellent communication and fantastic job outcome. I highly recommend the company!
