Curtis was a great massage therapist. The problem with 4 Elements is their reception/ billing system. This is the second time something has happened during the billing process. I have full coverage through my own plan and my partner's. Last time they waited til I came out to run through my insurance and they had to run it through 3 or 4 times. I ended up paying $7 something. This time I ended up paying 35.50. Nothing has changed in 11 years.Telus health they go through they said. My partner and I will not be going again.

I love 4 Elements! They are very professional. I loved my massage therapist. Christy was very nice and asked all the right questions to understand where I was holding tension in my back. Very friendly staff.
Great swedish massage done by Christine a few weeks in a row, thanks for helping relieve some tension before our wedding! Recommended for sure!
