Absolutely terrible!!! I’d give zero stars if I could. I went on a tour of these apartments and there’s literally NO hot water! Which is indeed a heath violation. Even the machines in the laundry room DONT work! Ridiculous!!! I don’t see why anyone would want to live here.
I am a resident and for the past two and a half weeks we have not had any hot water. We were just told that it would be another 3 weeks without hair water so we have to wait until the end of March. This is ridiculous. No one wants to take cold showers and get sick. Also the community is not gated and the laundry facilities has not worked in over a year.
