Randall arrived promptly for my appointment and was incredibly friendly, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. With two dogs and kids in the house, my carpets were in pretty rough shape, but he did an absolutely amazing job bringing them back to life! They look fantastic and smell so fresh and clean. Got a call when the tech was on the way, which is always a good thing. He arrived at the beginning of the appointment window, which I love. I could smell the deorderizer from downstairs which was refreshing. The pet stain came up. 3 bed, 1 walk in closet, 2 smaller closets, stairs and hallway, all for a great price under $300!
Had the carpet in 2 houses cleaned and everything looks good
