I've eaten BBQ all over the states and some is horrible and some is off the hook delicious. Four barrel is just below off the hook. I didn't expect cole slaw in my brisket sandwich and had to scrape it off. The bun was toasted just right and the brisket was perfect. The cole slaw was ok but I didn't need it on my sandwich. The baked beans were delicious, just not enough. We had the smoked eggs with jalapeños and bacon as a app and I couldn't get enough. Dip them in BBQ sauce it was perfect. Sauces were just Ok more ketchup based than i liked but I still used them all ;) pork deff. Needed sauce but the atmosphere and friendly staff made up for it! And the bloody Mary was something I've never seen before and soo good even the price! Also the fresh seasoned pork rinds were amazing!! And the hash the waitress suggested was amazing!!
Four Barrel BBQ was fantastic! We went in on a Tuesday to play trivia (Geeks Who Drink) at 7:30pm and had the best time. Loved the host and best location for GWD so far. Our server was friendly, Good beer selection, drinks came right out, our order and food were perfect. We had the ribs and pork butt platters and loved being able to try the different sauces. My favorites were the White and Bourbon. Check it out any time they have Cornhole/Bean Bag Toss and fire pit. Enjoy anytime!
The staff is sexy. The meat is top notch. Love the meat.
The peach cocktail I had was delicious. As a vegetarian I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, and it was barely mediocre. There is a veggie burger on the menu, but Four Barrel BBQ could not tell me what the ingredients were, so I did not order it. We went there for Geeks Who Drink trivia, and that was fun. The quiz master was very good at his job.
The brisket was nice and tender, with a good smokey flavor. Loved the bourbon sauce! The tables were a bit sticky though...
2nd time we came here. The servers are very rude. Service very slow. But the worst part is that they are always rude.
