Arvada Hash is the best! Good BBQ pork. Sausage as good, brisket a little dry but the hostess took care of us. Atmosphere was great, everyone friendly. We will definitely go back to try the other items! For BBQ snobs, this is NOT slow cooked BBQ. Smoke flavored with Hickory and apple chips. But for a quick bit of BBQ flavor, this place was right on. We’ve been to four barrel bbq multiple times but tonight was a HUGE disappointment. Food quality was terrible. Someone should show whomever is working in the back how to actually cut brisket properly. It came out cold and stringy. Spicy polish sausage was totally grilled beyond taste on the flattop (crunchy), obviously not how you properly prepare smoked sausage in a BBQ restaurant. I was very pleasantly surprised by Four Barrel. Really good food, quality ingredients and attentive server made for a great lunch. They even brought out free fried Oreos for my daughter's birthday. Sweet!
While the food was great the service was horrible. Fresh made pork rinds do not make up for the server adding a bigger tip onto the tip we already gave her. Watch your accounts after eating here to make sure you are not over charged and stolen from.

Food is good, service sooooo bad! And the waitresses kind of make you feel bad for expecting them to wait on you... when they eventually do. Came back a few times hoping for better, didn't happen.
