After building a successful Real Estate and Property Management business under other Phoenix area brokerages for 12 years, Jason Geroux branched out on his own. Together as a husband and wife team Jason and Jessie launched 4:10 Real Estate in May of 2019. Why 4:10? When we moved in the house was so disgusting and dirty. Didn’t have an option to rent another house since our movers showed up at that time. Also the move out, half of our deposit was taken for items we did not do. Wish it would have a better experience. But once in a lease they’re hard to get out of. Thankfully our lease is over with 4:10 realty. Would recommend looking somewhere else to rent.
Smooth move, professional, friendly. They answer the phone, respond to texts and emails in a timely manner, made my out of state move easy and most importantly-my wife happy. The nation wide real estate chain I used last lease could learn something from 4:10 Thank you Paris and April !!!
Jason is an amazing property manager and real estate agent. He manages our property and handles any purchases/sales of properties. He operates honestly and puts his client’s best interest first. We love working with Jason!
We've been working with 410 for a while now and they really care about their tenants and owners. We've never been asked to just "cover something up", instead they really want everything done properly to ensure everyone is happy and the property is put back together the right way. I highly recommend them!!
Great team! Kim and Jason are very responsive but there’s no pressure during the home purchase process. Kim looked at lots of homes with me to help me find the perfect one and is so kind!
