While I do think the team seems spread thin at times, it is obvious that they do their best to make tenants happy. We got attention when we needed it for repairs, etc, and they always were willing to work with us in various situations despite their being very busy.
Best property management group I've ever dealt with! Katy was absolutely amazing, and they always fixed everything as soon as we reported it! Thank you for making our time at our house very memorable!

Robby and Katy were simply amazing to work with. We knew exactly what we wanted and Robby made it happen. He keep us up to date with possible house choices as soon as (or before) they hit the market. They go above and beyond for their clients. We have sold one, and bought 2 homes with 3Z Realty. Couldn't give a higher recommendation.
