We had Tim come out to check our new house for both asbestos (before opening up walls) and mold (due to unforeseen issues after pulling up flooring). Both times, Tim was extremely professional and efficient. He also provided some great feedback and best steps for the future to ensure a safe home. Thank you Tim!

They were amazing! We had our foundation repaired, and it created a lot of huge cracks in the plaster, and we were concerned about asbestos. We spoke to another couple of companies who are not able to fit us in and even then would take a week to get the results back. Since we were going to have to pay for an Airbnb while we waited, 3west was able to get us in the same day and for $50 got us results on a rush, so we had the results back the next day!
