This company is excellent! They manage a building where I own a condo. They respond to problems quickly and maintain email contact with all homeowners throughout problem resolution. People live in condo buildings and are unable to follow simple guidelines and HOA bylaws. Kudos to 3stripe for dealing with this!
If you’re thinking of using this property management company for your community or home, think again. They’re not helpful and there is no relationship building with community members that live in the homes they manage. They instead create an unpleasant experience. Please reconsider using them.
The management company representatives are not helpful and most of the time they are rude and unreasonable to their community members. If you're looking for a good HOA company, this company is setting a low bar.
Unresponsive, indifferent and dismissive. If you HOA is looking for building management, than look elsewhere. Their focus is generating revenue for themselves and whatever business contractors they try to connect to your buildings service agreements. There aren't many good building management companies in Seattle, 3Stripe you are not good.
After serving on my community's HOA board for the past year +/- and working in property management for several years, I can attest that 3Stripe is an absolutely phenomenal HOA management company. Not only have they been affordable for our small community, but the expertise and guidance provided to us regularly by Aileen have been valuable beyond words.
