I have had an extremely disappointing experience with this HOA management company. Our insurance claim, which stems from a leak in our condo, has already been approved by the HOA’s insurance carrier, and the insurance adjuster has been ready to move the claim forward. Terrible management company. They manage our condo HOA and I have been trying to get a response from for weeks regarding insurance claim for our unit and they don’t respond back and when I call them they sound annoyed. I have been waiting WEEKS just to get a green light for our contractor to start work in our unit and they have just been ghosting us. Definitely wouldn’t recommend
This company is excellent! They manage a building where I own a condo. They respond to problems quickly and maintain email contact with all homeowners throughout problem resolution. People live in condo buildings and are unable to follow simple guidelines and HOA bylaws. Kudos to 3stripe for dealing with this!
If you’re thinking of using this property management company for your community or home, think again. They’re not helpful and there is no relationship building with community members that live in the homes they manage. They instead create an unpleasant experience. Please reconsider using them.
