Such a cool laid back place I've been there several times and the breakfast food is the best not to mention great service and friendly staff
The best place after hours to eat and have fun. And also va only diner that is really 24/7.
This restaurant is such a cool place; it's been here since 1926. I has excellent prices, and DELICIOUS food! The jalepeno poppers were the best I've ever had!

Leisure Cruise LOVES 3rd Street Diner! A must when visiting Richmond....
No star. When friends of mine who are very classy and very professional women are told they are being loud (which I know they werent) and then asked if they are "...going to need marshmallows..." and then rushed to leave by the manager because of the 2am rush. I have no respect for this establishment. You want to bully women? I bet you will not do it to men...sad. I will not stop here. I will run this up as high as it can go. #DONOTMESSWITHMYFRIENDSORFAMILY
The racism at this place on the part of the management is unacceptable. Will never eat here again.
I just had the BEST baked spaghetti with sausage for lunch. I did not need a box because I ate the whole thing. And I am not ashamed. I really enjoy 3rd St. Diner. It's close to my office but not too close. The food is really good, the portion sizes are plentiful and Amber is a great waitress (not that the other waitresses aren't). Had the pork chop dinner was very impressed only issue I have is online it says 2 side I was only given one but other that the food was AMAZING will be ordering form them again!! Also could you guys make an exception for the to-go orders after 12am make after 2am lol
