I am a retired teacher who applied for a Substitute position. I was given a link for the background check. I have no problem with a criminal background check but third degree wanted me to give access to my credit report and sign away my electronic and digital as well. I have great credit and no criminal issues. I don’t see why they should have all access to my credit or electronic data. I think it is wrong for that to be included in an application to sub. This was the easiest and friendliest company for background checks. I was extremely happy with the choice that I had made. I had spoken to other people who chose different companies for the background check. They said that it took a long time, didn't give updates and was complicated and expensive.
