We bought VW Jetta on 2/2/18 as a present for our 16 year old daughter. 3 days later we discovered it was not shifting correctly, we took to mechanic they thought it was transmission. Contacted Scott, he had us take the car to his mechanic, they also suspected transmission. Since then he has not answered messages requesting resolution on the matter whether it be a refund, fixing, etc. All mechanics we saw, agreed this is a problem that happens gradually - however it was not disclosed which is illegal. With a minimum of preliminary work, I drove home today with the vehicle I wanted. Everyone was professional, polite, and so helpful! Go see them if you need a used vehicle!

My work car finally died on me so I was unexpectedly pushed into the market for another one. 3rd Ave. Auto Sales had a car that was really easy on gas and I decided to go ahead and pick it up. They were very helpful and I was out the door with the vehicle I wanted in less than 20 minutes. My only other options wouldn't have put me back on the road until Tuesday at the earliest. Overall it was a very simple process, and the car had a nice price for the year and condition.
