It is 2025 and this warehouse still don't have a website that lets clients to check shipments availability, plus their phone number has no one to answer. Not sure why anyone who care about their shipment would still use this warehouse, might as well dump your shipment into the sea.
As a driver and freight forwarder, I am very dissatisfied with the work of this warehouse. here they are very careless with time. I am a freight forwarder and I declare with full responsibility that irresponsible people work here. I have submitted all the documents as well as my driver's license. But the lady sat in front of the computer for exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes. Finally, they brought 2 of the 5 pieces of cargo, and again it took more than 30 minutes.
