Dr. Westerfeld has been treating for approximately 2 years. Recently I have been lifting very heavy (Olympic lifts) throughout the week. After treatment/adjustments, I have noticed that I feel more grounded. I have also noticed that all my lifts feel smoother (at the joints especially). After adjustments I also noticed that my shoulder and head posture/position are greatly improved.
