Nate and Jackie are incredible. They love what they do and they do it WELL! I had Nate come out and clean the carpets on the house we just bought and he made them look brand new. They were timely, professional and all around great to work with. I highly recommend you entrust 3E with your cleaning needs!
It seems like "The customer is always right" is never the norm anymore.... well, not at 3E! Nate did an amazing job on our carpets and wood floors at our office... and the next week, our janitorial service crew left some black stains back on our carpet. We were mortified! I called Nate, explained to him what happened, and he came back out that weekend to take care of business! So happy that we have found Nate and 3E. Would recommend him to anyone who wants a job well done with the customer service that you should expect!
