I started going to 3d nail spa in 2017 before they had multiple branches then they opened the Middlebury branch which was closer to my house than the original branch in waterbury. I’ve been going to the Middlebury location since 2022 so when I give this horrible review just know that I’ve truly had enough with their bullshit. It's a nice place and it feels clean, but they are not good at doing nails. Every time I go I regret it.
I NEVER leave reviews or complain about a service. I am always nice to people in nail salons, but not today. I have always bitten my nails and unfortunately sometimes it may take a little while for people in nail salons to fix them and I understand that. HOWEVER, the entire appointment I had to listen to the owner tell me that “I bite my nails” while doing a whole new full set and said that was the only way to fix them.
