I NEVER leave reviews or complain about a service. I am always nice to people in nail salons, but not today. I have always bitten my nails and unfortunately sometimes it may take a little while for people in nail salons to fix them and I understand that. HOWEVER, the entire appointment I had to listen to the owner tell me that “I bite my nails” while doing a whole new full set and said that was the only way to fix them. Id like to start this ny saying ive never had a bad experience. Ive brought family and friends who have always returned and had wonderful experiences here. Today i had the honor of Maribel being my nail tech and hands down had the best experience yet. Even while busy she was so thorough and caring. Absolutely will be requesting her again for my next visit! Jenny thank you as always for having such caring and talented staff. Only the best at 3D nail spa
