1st experience was great. 2nd experience was awful! So awful that I'll never return. The pedicure was not good. No shaping of the nail, no cleaning underneath. Gel is too thick. Massage sucked. Never offered any beverages. To top it all off they tried to overcharge me double. When I pointed out the overcharge and showed the service I selected from the menu they gave me, the woman, Amy, tried to argue with me about it! What's the point of making an appointment if they're going to make you wait 40 minutes? I asked for a simple heart on my gel toes, the female stated she would "try" to do a heart. One came out fine, the other came out completely crooked and she didn't even offer to fix it because they were in such a rush to get us over into the chairs to do our nails. I'm very disappointed about how they run this nail salon. The person who does the scheduling is just terrible! Today I showed up for my 2 o'clock appointment and the girl who was supposed to do my nails was just starting on another customer. I know for a fact that a UV gel fill takes at least an hour. Then the owner told me I'd need to reschedule – after I took time off from work to make my nail appointment. Totally unacceptable in my opinion! And this wasn't the first time this happened.
