Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with my experience this time. I’ve been here in the past and have had good experiences, which is why I’m not sure what happened on Sunday, 9/6/2026. The entire appointment felt very rushed, even though the salon was not busy or packed. My nail tech had to redo my shellac polish multiple times, and it seemed like she was rushing through the service.
