criminals – 3D Envirotech, a company owned by Luis Rivera and located off Ricardo in Fort Myers has ripped me off. They started a job they promised would take only 2 days in December and have still not completed it. They were to restore Terrazzo floors in my family room. However, they look worse than when they started. They filled holes with the wrong color epoxy and terrazzo chips, ruined all the wood work with their sanders, and managed to stain the floor with a so-called stain remover. Rip Off Don't bother calling this company to do the job for you. They grab your money and do not answer phone when you call back, They set up appointment for the redo as they had promised and did not show or answer my calls. They charged $700 for work that I could have done myself with my steam mop. They are a gang of thugs....watch out for them.
These people are thugs and a ripoff. They did not have the equipment they said they did and the tile floors did not come out good. They were supposed to come back for a redo but refused to answer my calls. I went to their office and we set up a date and time but they never showed up. They still will not answer my calls. They charged \$700 for something I could have done with my steam mop. Do NOT use this company. I suggest going with someone reputable like ServePro, etc.
