criminals – 3D Envirotech, a company owned by Luis Rivera and located off Ricardo in Fort Myers has ripped me off. They started a job they promised would take only 2 days in December and have still not completed it. They were to restore Terrazzo floors in my family room. However, they look worse than when they started.
