I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience deserved one because of how I was treated as a customer. I went to fill up my water tank and inserted about $3 into the water machine, but no water came out. I went inside to let the employee know there seemed to be an issue with the machine. Instead of coming out to inspect it or help troubleshoot the problem, he immediately insisted that I must have done something wrong and repeatedly questioned whether the lever was open.
