HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I made an appointment to meet with Janelle, and was supposed to meet in person. I arrived to the office 15 minutes early and waited a total of 30 minutes, just to be told that my appointment was virtual. Heather, the practice manager had emailed me and said “I’m sorry you missed that! The email said it was virtual.” Firstly, she lacked compassion and professionalism.
