Great custyomer service and did very good work on my car. Had zero issues. Would highly recommend
Several months ago I stopped by and I wanted to get my frame checked and straightened if need be. They told me the frame guy was booked up so call next week. The following week I called and the person I talked to before answered the phone and with a tone that made me angry he said "I thought I told you I'd call you" i said well okay then. 6 months later still no call. I'll never use or recommend this place.
I worked with Dax Ethridge on getting my truck repainted due to peeling paint on a 2013 Chevy Silverado. Dax & Jeff explained the entire process, exact price & time to complete the job. I would tell anyone needing body work in Oakland to go see these guys, they are great to work with & my truck looks great now!!
Here's a SHOUT OUT to 3A Collision in Oakland! I had the opportunity to deal with Jeff who is absolutely one of the nicest people I have ever met. He spent tireless hours working on a repair quote for my SUV only to end with a number that totaled it. Highly recommended! Best body shop around! Professional service with outstanding attention to detail. David Stupp worked on my car and honestly you would have never known it had been damaged, he is a master of his trade.
I had the BEST experience here! I had an emergency with my mini van trunk not being able to close and they were able to fix it that day!!! So thankful!!! and the price they quoted was the price they charged- very friendly and professional. I will be back! ☺️
