8 have lived here since February and have always felt seen and heard fully by the management and maintenance. Any requests are handled promptly and with courtesy. Everyone is very kind, the property is safe, beautiful and under constant upgrades. I love my unit overlooking the creek and the woods. It's so calming and beautiful.
I love 😍 my Townhome. Safety is paramount in 39th AVENUE APARTMENTS. So far I felt safe! Maintenance services are attended at the earliest possible. On the whole it's a lovely place to live. Thank you for your services Have a good day 😊
I’ve been residing here since 2021, and I don’t have many complaints. I will say since Devin came over, everything has been even better. He is very prompt with responses, the new maintenance guy, Harold, is super helpful. Great staff! Seeing all the changes from 2021 until now is literally night and day. The complex looks so much better with the renovations and it looks more inviting than it once did. Thank you Devin and Harold for all of your help!!
