A.c has been broke going on a month I have two kids who has been suffering and management could care less I have put in work order after work order imagine it being in the high 90’s outside and it’s 88 degrees in your house for almost a month with no type of resolution or clear understanding of what’s even going on . It is a very rare moment when I find an apartment complex that has a competent and honest leasing agent. Well, praise today because I have had the pleasure of working with Ana Mulhearn of 39th Ave apartments in Gainesville, Florida. My situation stems from finding a clean and safe place for my son to move into after he was hired in Gainesville, only to find out the hiring complany lied to the new hires and did not disclose it was a short term seasonal job!
