This is my first time renting a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment outside of student housing, and the experience has been wonderful so far. Mack Lorfils went above and beyond to resolve an insurance issue I had. His dedication and attentive communication with myself and other parties involved resulted in a very positive outcome. His professionalism is unmatched and he is a valued asset to 39th Avenue Apartments.
Maintenance man, while very nice, was unable to handle most repairs. Trash tended to pile up at the dumpster and recyclables weren't monitored so residents dumped Trash in recycling bins. A car sat in a loading area for at least 6 weeks without moving.
8 have lived here since February and have always felt seen and heard fully by the management and maintenance. Any requests are handled promptly and with courtesy. Everyone is very kind, the property is safe, beautiful and under constant upgrades. I love my unit overlooking the creek and the woods. It's so calming and beautiful.
