This was my first apartment when I moved to Gainesville, and I have had a great experience here. The apartments are spacious and updated, with cold AC, full kitchen appliances and everything I needed. Ana and Jay do a great job and go above and beyond to make this place feel like home. Any maintenance concern I had were addressed in a timely manor. When my washer/dryer had issues, they promptly replaced it. I am currently moving to Tallahassee and after apartment shopping I felt the need to write a review about my stay at 39th avenue apartments. We moved here in 2023 from SWFL. One bedroom apartment. 3 years here. We have had a great experience here even through multiple property managers. Any time we have had an issue, whether minor or major; it was addressed in a timely manner. Our microwave was replaced when it stopped working. I had a really disappointing experience with the leasing office at Georgetown Apartments. While I was there, I overheard staff speaking negatively about a prospective tenant who had just left the office. It felt extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. If this is how they talk about people who are interested in living there, it makes you wonder how residents are spoken about when they aren’t around.
