I have lived here for over a year now and I'm pretty unimpressed with the 3919 apartments. I personally believe that if you were looking for an apartment you should go to either Hunters Crossing or somewhere that has nicer apartments at a lower rate. When meeting with the apartment complex we were told that if we did a two bedroom apartment on the second floor that they would give us one overlooking the lake. Renters BEWARE! After catching management in a lie, everything went downhill. Neither management or the corporate office would make things right. Keep scrolling down to Aubra Parker's post, the exact same thing happened to us. We are a senior couple. We are very hurt and disappointed by the way that we were treated here. Unfortunately, due to our experience, we can NOT give this place a good recommendation!
RecommendedI have lived here at 39Nineteen for 2 years now (sadly I am moving out due to graduating) and I could not recommend it enough. Amanda and Victor are great, they are always responsive and helpful. My maintenance requests have always been handled quickly, usually the same day but at the latest the next day. I have never had any issues with noise or safety here and as a college student that was important to me. Everyone I have met in the complex is very friendly as well.
Happy Place Office & maintenance staff are professional and helpful. If maintenance was needed, it taken care of in a timely manner. I never had any problems.
Wonderful Property 3919 is a wonderful property with a wonderful staff! The newly renovated apartments are beautiful and the amenities are absolutely fantastic. You will not be disappointed!

Love everything about my experience here. The staff is amazing!
They allow pets, and maintenance would show up pretty quick when I needed them. My building was quiet and I had no issues with other residents. Manager is very nice, and will help you with whatever you need.
