Like any other apartments, it's has its pros and cons. The office staff changes often. There is a diversity of people and lots of dog owners that live there, which adds to the community. The convenience is that it's close to several gas stations and the George Bush turnpike. There are fast food places not too far from the apartments and shopping areas. Deborah was amazing through the whole leasing process , I felt understood and valued and I’m very grateful I had her as my assistant.
Do not rent here been here for 6 months and it is infested with Roaches and rats. The office staff is a joke and it take weeks to try and fix something. This place is horrible!!!. Your better off in a motel . I can't get in touch with Tipton group with management the apartments. Stay clear of this place I'm moving as fast as I can. SO A FOLLOW UP THE APARTMENTS SAY THEY TOOK CARE OF IT YOU SHOULD SEE THE PICTURES I TOOK THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEETS.MY NEXT CALL IS CITY OF DALLAS CODE INFORCMENT OFFICE. REALLY 😔
Apartment staff is super nice and friendly. The apartment complex is in a nice location with convenient access to George Bush and near stores.
