This building used to be great when the previous manager was (Steve) he was responsive, anytime of the day and always made sure to help one way or another. The new manager they hired (Douglas), very hard to reach, never replies! 3 weeks ago they said they needed to do a maintenance on the air conditioner. That would take two weeks, two weeks passed, I asked for an update. He never replies but a day later sends a mass email to the entire building saying it’s taking longer, no expectations no estimates, since then I’ve emailed... read more
We stayed at 39 w lex for 1.5 years and we had a good time staying here. Had some cooliing issues last year but the management took care of it. Never felt unsafe as the apartment had security.
I was looking for an apartment to rent and Ms. Kechelle the Assistant Property Manager was so helpful and patient..I look forward to moving into my new place..thank you Ms. Kechelle for all your help
