Great at not making any repairs and even worse at coordinating and communicating. They “hired” a contractor to repair a broken portion of a fence (confirmed by Dayra) that abutted another property, requested estimates from the OTHER landlord, and then never sent their contractor to fix the fence. A year later they weren’t hired as the property management company by that property, and the fence is still broken. If you want to pay for a management company to let your property fall apart, go with this one.
Dayra is the best property manager!!!! The maintenance crew is also awesome. They get things done quickly
