A big thank you to 388 LLC and Endeavor Capital for the years of improvements at 69 Clifford Street. We appreciate you. We do want to flag a concern: the front door and gate have been left open for months, allowing outsiders including individuals engaged in loitering, drug activity, and prostitution to access the building, steps, and backyard. Great at not making any repairs and even worse at coordinating and communicating. They “hired” a contractor to repair a broken portion of a fence (confirmed by Dayra) that abutted another property, requested estimates from the OTHER landlord, and then never sent their contractor to fix the fence. A year later they weren’t hired as the property management company by that property, and the fence is still broken. If you want to pay for a management company to let your property fall apart, go with this one.
