DO NOT RENT HERE. The onsite superintendents are some of the most unprofessional and incompetent human beings you will ever meet. I am genuinely confused how people this unqualified acquired this job in the first place. External management is just as useless. Entire building has not had heat for a week with no action being taken despite building being under 22 degree minimum.
