The residents make me want to give it a one star but the office staff if awesome! Does their best! Also this place is haunted, I keep seeing handprints in my mirror. I clean it multiple times and handprints keep appearing.
I really enjoyed the resident event and interacting with my neighbors. The new manager, Angie, and assistant, Kelly, are both very nice. Carnell and Mariah are always so helpful and willing to lend a hand.
Hi my name is “Cay” and I am going under a pseudonym. I’m not sure where to even begin with this property but I’ll tell you this they do not give a hell about your safety and well-being. See photos attached of broken glass from a car LEFT uncleaned from a window damage for A WHOLE WEEK. I highly would not reccomend this place to even my worst enemy. I wouldn’t even ask Satan to move here. I’d actually rather have a seat next to him in hell. Management do better!
They get things done on time, especially maintenance.
EDIT: Several weights have been stolen from the gym. The gym has been operating with half the amount of weights we had last year. The staff is aware, and still has not replaced the missing weights. Really disappointing The gym is poorly maintained under current management. Several machines are broken, misaligned and/or need replacement parts (like the cable machines.
